At South Cathedral Farm our aim is to ensure that you enjoy your time here and that you leave us feeling good about your stay.
We aim for continuous quality improvement in the service we provide to our visitors and we feel that our visitors play an important role in our pursuit of this goal.
Every visitor is encouraged to complete our 'Visitor Survey' during their stay. We are keen to receive visitor feedback as this is one of the most effective means of ensuring we are providing a service that meets people's needs.
We also encourage visitors to come to us with any queries or requests they may have during the course of their stay. As the old saying goes 'There's nothing too big or too small' so please let us know.
In addition we are members of our local tourism authority - Mystic Mountains Tourism (MMT). Through MMT we have links with other tourism operators, tourism authorities and relevant government departments and we are kept informed of worldwide developments in the tourism industry as a whole.
Lavender Products
All our lavender products are created at South Cathedral Farm using our own lavender. We use high quality base products and we aim to purchase Australian base products where we have the option.
We are members of The Australian Lavender Growers Association (TALGA) and of our local TALGA sub-group, Yarra Ranges Regional Lavender Association, which together provide us with the most up-to-date information regarding developments in the Lavender Industry.
If any of our products are found to be inferior, please return them to us for refund or replacement, as required. |
